Concise Overview on Planning of Residency Training Curriculum


Abstract
Regarding the educational deployment field as an organic system, one recognizes that the system is composed of following essential elements with interaction: learner, educator, content, environment, support materials, organization, goal and
evaluation.
The learner and the educator are personal key elements. It is a learner's resposability to prepare by working and to acquire an assignment of the educational content to be learned. An educator must organize and offer the sample of the content
based
on
teaching method. In this educational act, it is necessary to fully utilize support materials and proper educational environment must be created. This educational process can be accomplished successfully only with a carefully planned educational
goal.
The whole process and the steps of the process must be evaluated regularly to determine its effectiveness.
This whole process will define as an educational curriculum. The results(output) from the process evaluation must be modified and fed back again as a new input into the educational goal. The educational process will be then evolved to get the
